Pasko na talaga…

MOMENT 1 :

Noong sabado maganda ang panahon,biglang tumigil ang oras ko for a second ng maramdaman ko ang simoy ng hangin at napaisip ako “Shet! Pasko na!”, sabay ngiti.
MOMENT 2 :

Si Santa, kasamasi Pooh at Tigger sa True Value, Trinoma

Kanina, nag malling ako mag-isa, tumitingin ng mga abubot sa bagong bukas na True Value sa Trinoma ng makita ko ang mga dekorasyon na pang Christmas at napaisip na naman ako ” Shet talaga, Pasko na!”
Oh well, alam ko namang magiging masaya ang Pasko ko ngayon 2010, gaya ng mga nakaraang Pasko :) Naging mabait naman akong bata this year sana maganda regalo ni Santa ^^

Septem-BER na!!!!

SEPTEMBER na. *whooosssshh* andito na ang simoy ng Paskong hangin. Hang bilis ng panahon, magtatago na naman ako sa mga inaanak ko (hihihi) but just like any other month lemme welcome September with a big hug *uumppphh* Dati dati lagi ko tinatag-line wake me up when September ends, minsan ko na din na blog yun pero dahil October na nun. Ngayon sabi nga sa sikat na linya "nagbago na ako" so masaya kong haharapin ang bagong umaga (mamaya na yun, kase ala-una na ng umaga..zzZZ) Ano bang maganda sa September...

1. To my Dongsaeng Thea Happy Birthday! ( at sa iba ko pang kaibigan na magdidwang ng bertday nila)

2. One year na si Ate May at Ford as mr and mrs Importa 

3. Success Seminar sa PICC

4. Executive na si Sweet ^^ 

5. Diet mode starts now - para sa happy day ni Anne

6. Naalala ko lang ano meron  a year ago .. hehehehe, akin na lang yun :)

9. At dahil 9th month na kaya naman pinilit ko talagang gawing 9 @_@ , as usual surprise me September pero nais ko din mag tenk you sa mga labs ko for being there for me :) 

Sapphire ang birthstone ng September, meaning daw clear thinking..sana ako din hindi na malabnaw ang utak bago salubungin ang October :)

FRIEND-ster

In spite being a busy bee today and because Facebook and all other social networking sites were blocked, my officemates and I found an old friend... (drum rolls and curtains down please..)

haha, old friend it's been a while

tada! As I entangled the spider webs from my friendster account, I was able to at least change my profile pic, update my status ( ahem) and well, familiarize myself again to the nitty -gritty of Friendster ( crap, had a hard time finding that button to change my profile pic).

 Nope, I have no plans of really really going back. But here is an open letter to you Friendster :

Dear Friendster,

In fairness, na miss kita ^^ Huwag kang mag-alala, nasa puso at isipan ko pa din naman ang masasayang araw natin. Tandang -tanda ko pa noong una tayong magkita, ibinigay ko pa lahat ng impormasyong kailangan mo ng mas makilala mo ako. Isa ka sa mga nagdala sa akin sa mundo ng internet, tila ba ang kasikatan  mo noon ay walang katapusan. Ikaw ang dahilan para makita ko ulit ang mga kaibigan kong akala ko'y nalimot na ako. Ikaw ang nagbigay daan na mailathala ko ang mga magagandang larawan at malulufet na testimonials ( minsan lang nakairita yung iba na pinipilit akong pasulatin ng labag sa kalooban ko). Laking pasasalamat ko din dahil kung hindi sayo ay patuloy akong mabubulag sa nakaraan, hindi ka talaga marunong magtago ng sekreto, buti na lang dahil diyan ay nabigyang liwanag ako sa aking kabaliwan.

Dumaan ang mga araw, buwan at taon. Nakakalungkot man ay nakilala ko si Facebook. Naaliw ako sa kanya, masakit mang aminin ay "he's way better than you", mas dumali ang buhay ko, mas naging masaya ako sa piling nya. Hindi ko na namalayan na tuluyan na pala kitang inabandona sa kalawakan ng internet. Kung ikaw ang naghatid  sa akin ng katotohanan noong 2008, kundi hindi dahil sa kanya ay  hindi ko naman  makikilala ang aking bagong liwanag.

Ikaw ang una kong minahal, but I need to move on. Huwag kang mag-alala paminsan-minsan ay bibisitahin pa din kita, kahit paano'y may mga old school pa din akong kaibigang ayaw yakapin ang pagbabago at na-stuck na sayo. Kapit ka lang, may target market ka pa din naman lalo na ang mga nagkalat na jejemons kong kaibigan.

Salamat kaibigan, hindi kita makakalimutan :)

Oh well, not really in my priority list as of the moment but will surely welcome with open arms any good hearted human being who would like to give me one. hahaha

always a wedding host, sometimes a bridesmaid but not yet the never mind ^^

waistline : ??, hips ?? arrgghh never mind..it's not too late to go on diet :P 

This is a milestone! It will just be my second time being part of a friend's wedding entourage! hahaha... oh well, not that I dream of having 27 dresses just like in Katherine Heigl's movie but this is because my wedding couple slash friends prefer me to focus on my job as a wedding host on their big day.

My first participation as bridesmaid/host was last December 19, 2009 ( Love Sandig-Porras wedding). This coming November 20, 2010 ( for my adorable friend Anne Uy - to be Gamboa) - again as a bridesmaid/host ^^ yipee!

It just reminded me how awkward I felt when I walked down the aisle last December, I am not really used of walking and clinging to someone's arm while numerous people are watching (eeeekkk!!!) I would really prefer to host rather than strut, isn't that weird?! hahaha

Oh well, I also told ate ( the dressmaker) that she needs not to worry with my vital stats since I would probably lose weight just in time for the wedding ( kaboooosssshhh!!!!)

Thanks, Anne and Jett, we are all so excited for your wedding day, I should probably tag along a date, don't you think?! :P <- that will yet be another milestone for me! hahaha

I've known Anne since college, she's also one of my fabulous GFs. Si Jett? Honestly I hate him..dati yun :) pero love ko na din sya ngayon kase super love nya si Anne. Check out Jett's  wedding proposa here.

S.A.D.

It's been two days and I feel weary and sleepy most of the time. It's a bit weird that I feel this way now that August is closing. Yesterday, I was a bit dizzy while on my way home then  jumped  right on bed after changing clothes. I promised to give myself a 2 hours power nap before starting with  my  pending tasks. I failed :( I slept from 6:00PM - 4:30 AM!

Today, I thought it will all go away but oh my dear, melatonin and serotonin are creeping in my veins and my eyes ( as if growing its own brainzzz) can't stop closing. I need a happy trigger!!!!!

A BLUEBERRY GIRL

Early this year I stumbled upon this video on You Tube and I instantly fell in love with it.

This morning ( and i mean very early) Luna and I had the privileged to hear the narration from my amore ^^  A wonderful bedtime story for a blueberry girl. Thank you, I will surely keep this in my heart.
